GoHighLevel Expert Pricing Benchmark 2026: 13 Providers Compared
We recorded what 13 GoHighLevel expert and setup providers publish about price, and what each price includes. Only 5 of 13 show a price on the site, and none list exclusions. Here is the data and what it means for buyers.
Key takeaways
- Of 13 providers we reviewed, 5 publish a price on their site. The rest use 'contact us' or give a rate with no scope.
- Published prices run from about $50 for a marketplace gig to $2,500 to $4,587 for a set-up or automation package. Most sites don't say what that price includes.
- None of the 13 providers listed what is excluded from their price, which is the most useful thing a buyer can ask for.
- Only 2 providers state how they handle account ownership, and neither commits to handing it over in writing.
This benchmark records what 13 GoHighLevel expert and setup providers publish about price, what each price covers, and what proof they show. It was compiled from the providers’ public pages in early October 2026 and is a snapshot. Prices change, and we did not contact any provider for a quote.
Method
We reviewed public pages for 13 providers: US-focused GoHighLevel expert and agency sites, one marketplace listing, and a few exact-match setup domains. For each we recorded whether a price was shown, what the price covered, whether exclusions were listed, and what proof was offered. Figures are as shown on each site at the time of review. We have not verified the proof claims.
We did not rank providers in this benchmark. The goal is to show what buyers can and cannot compare.
What providers publish
Five of the 13 show a price somewhere on the site. The prices fall into three groups:
- Small fixed-price items. An audit at $147, a support plan at $199 a month, a CRM setup at $400, and a base setup at $950. These are narrow tasks, and the page usually says what the item covers.
- Mid-size packages. An automation package at $500, a funnel at $2,487, and an automation build at $4,587. These are the most common format for a full build, though inclusions are often thin.
- Hourly and monthly rates. One provider lists $19 an hour. Another sells a setup at $2,500 plus $347 to $1,247 a month for ongoing service.
The other eight providers ask for a quote, or give a general claim such as “fast” or “affordable” with no price.
What is excluded
None of the 13 providers listed what their price does not cover. That is the largest gap in the market. A buyer comparing a $500 setup with a $4,000 build cannot tell whether the cheaper one includes testing, texting registration, email authentication, or data migration, because the pages don’t say. Asking for exclusions in writing is the most useful question a buyer can ask any provider.
Account ownership
Two providers say something about who owns the account. Neither commits to handing it over in writing. Ownership of the account, the phone numbers, and the data matters if you ever switch providers, so get it stated in the contract.
Proof and verification
Proof on these sites ranges from named founders and years in business to first-name testimonials and logo walls. Several sites claim certification or a partner status without naming the person or the issuer, which means the claim cannot be checked. HighLevel maintains a certified directory, and a provider’s name and certification number can be matched there. Where a claim cannot be matched, treat it as unverified.
Some sites also use location pages built from a template, with the city name changed and no local detail. A location page is only useful if it reflects local rules or local work, such as state texting laws that apply to that state.
What this means for buyers
- Ask for a written scope and exclusions before comparing prices. A quote that doesn’t list them is not a comparable quote.
- Compare the cheapest and most expensive quotes on the same list of pipelines, automations, texting, email, and data work.
- Check certification claims against HighLevel’s own directory.
- Confirm account ownership in the contract, including the phone numbers and data.
- Ask what support follows the build, how many change requests it covers, and how quickly they are answered.
Limits of this benchmark
This is a snapshot of 13 public pages. It does not cover private quotes, which are often lower for larger projects, and it does not measure the quality of the work. Prices will move, and some providers may have changed their pages since review. We have linked our own published ranges in the GoHighLevel expert cost guide so buyers can check them against this list.
